Shipping Information

We ship your order via DHL, Hermes, or DPD. Shipping usually takes place within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery times:

• Within Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

• Within the EU: approx. 5–10 business days

• Worldwide shipping: approx. 10–20 business days

 

Shipping costs:

• Germany: flat rate of €6 per order

• EU: €11

The exact shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process. For physical products with higher weight or for custom-made items, additional costs may apply. These will be indicated in the product description or in the shopping cart.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The conditions, deadlines, and the model withdrawal form can be found under Right of Withdrawal.

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
