A. Online Shop
Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Sónia Lua.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Germany and the EU. Delivery times are stated in the respective product description.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card, debit card, G Pay, Klarna, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Sónia Lua until full payment is received.
Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

The offered sessions and ceremonies (e.g. yoga, singing bowls, cacao, energy work) are intended to support relaxation, self-reflection, and spiritual practice. They do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or any other healing treatment and are in no way a substitute for a visit to a doctor or for medical diagnosis or therapy.
No healing promises are made. Each participant takes full responsibility for themselves and their own health. In case of doubt, please consult a doctor or therapist.
Cacao and Blue Lotus
Cacao and Blue Lotus are sacred and powerful plant allies, and I hold deep respect for their gifts. While they are generally safe, they may not be suitable for everyone.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have low blood pressure, live with epilepsy, take prescription medications (especially antidepressants, heart, or psychoactive medications), or have any medical condition, I invite you to do your own research and consult with a trusted healthcare provider if needed.
