ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Hi, I’m Sónia, and I’m deeply honoured to share my knowledge of working with Himalayan singing bowls with you. I completed an extensive sound-healing training in Nepal with several Himalayan singing bowl masters, and for the past two years I have been working with Himalayan singing bowls in both individual sessions and group settings. I continue to be deeply inspired by the powerful ways in which sound and vibration can positively influence our well-being. While you will gain a comprehensive foundation and the practical skills needed to offer sessions, please note that this is not a certification program. It is a practice-based sharing of knowledge, experience, and tools, offered with respect for both traditional wisdom and modern understanding.
