DESCRIPTION
This is a traditional way of practicing yoga that gently guides you into deeper awareness of your body, breath, and energy. Each class combines asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to support both physical relaxation and energetic balance. Rooted in the ancient teachings of Hatha Yoga—where ha means sun and tha means moon—we aim to harmonize these inner forces through mindful movement and presence. The practice follows the principle of resonance: by tuning into the subtle flow of energy within, we can bring harmony to the body, mind, and emotions. In each session, we explore the energetic effects of the practice, gently activating and balancing the chakras, while also grounding into the present moment to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest. The class ends with a soothing sound bath meditation using Himalayan singing bowls—an invitation to unwind fully and absorb the benefits of the practice through sound and vibration.
