Iq’ is connected to the breath, communication, and the way we express ourselves. It brings attention to how we speak and how our words affect ourselves and others. The number 5 is about empowerment and engagement. It invites us to actively work with the energy of the day - in this case, to bring more awareness and clarity into our communication. It's the perfect day to empower our voices, because our words are like spells and therefore hold so much magic. The Tijax trecena is related to clarity, truth, and seeing things as they are. It's about cutting through our fears with the obsidian knife! It supports recognizing what is not aligned and letting go of it. And that related to our words and communication is a powerful moment to release any fear of speaking our truth and sharing our voice. You will be invited to look at how you communicate and how you can express yourself with more ease and authenticity. Cacao will guide the way for us to slow down and take time to listen. This will be a space to observe, reflect, and also to express ourselves in the way that feels more aligned. Once you sign up, I'll send you all the information about sourcing and preparing your cacao. You'll join the virtual circle on the day with your cup of cacao already prepared - ideally in a thermos bottle so it stays warm. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO JOIN: A quiet and safe space where you won’t be disturbed, your prepared cacao, and to have your camera on so we can share this space more personally together. ➜ If you have any heart conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication and wish to drink cacao, please let me know in advance, as in some cases a full dose is not recommended.
