Whether you are moving through a transition, seeking clarity, wanting to let something go or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, this private ritual offers you the space to turn inward and listen. A JOURNEY WITH CACAO Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that can support us in becoming more present, softening into the body and connecting with the wisdom of the heart. We begin by setting an intention for your journey. Today, we also know that compounds such as theobromine and flavanols can affect circulation, energy and mood. Yet ceremony is about more than chemistry. It is about how we meet the plant: with intention, presence and a willingness to listen.
