RETURNING TO THE HEART | Sunday 21st June | 17:00 to +/- 19:20 CET (Berlin time) We gather online on a day marked in the Mayan Cholq’ij calendar as 3 Tz’i. Tz’i is connected to loyalty, trust, unconditional love, and the sacred guidance that walks beside us on our path. Represented by the dog, this nawal reminds us of devotion, protection, loyalty, and faith in both ourselves and in life itself. The number 3 brings attention to the inner world and the home within. It can show us where the external world feels uncertain or unstable, inviting us to reconnect with what is true and steady inside of us. Rather than searching for answers outside of ourselves, this day encourages us to return to the wisdom of the heart. This ceremony will be a space to soften and connect to our inner world. Supported by the queen medicine of the heart, which cacao is. We will explore what it means to stay open-hearted in this ever changing world and such intense times we are going through, and how to trust our inner guidance, and to nourish the relationship we have with ourselves. You will be invited to reflect on how you can strengthen your connection to unconditional love in everyday life. Cacao supports us in slowing down, opening up, and feel unconditional love. As we gather close to the June solstice, this is also a beautiful moment to reconnect with the light we carry within and the love that guides our paths. Once you sign up, I'll send you all the information about sourcing and preparing your cacao. You'll join the virtual circle on the day with your cup of cacao already prepared - ideally in a thermos bottle so it stays warm. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO JOIN: A quiet and safe space where you won’t be disturbed, your prepared cacao, and to have your camera on so we can share this space more personally together. ➜ If you have any heart conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication and wish to drink cacao, please let me know in advance, as in some cases a full dose is not recommended.
