~ Sunday 9th August 17:00-19:00 CEST time (Berlin time) We gather online on a day marked in the Mayan Cholq’ij calendar as 4 Kawoq. Kawoq is the energy of the midwife and the medicinal plants. It is deeply connected to the feminine principle that nurtures life, supports transformation and creates the conditions for new beginnings to flourish. Kawoq is the nourishing rain that feeds the Earth and that allows growth to happen, reminding us that when we are supported, cared for and connected to the wisdom of nature, we thrive. The number 4 brings the energy of stability, structure and grounding. It represents the four directions and the solid foundations that allow something new to take root and grow. Together, 4 Kawoq invites us to anchor what is ready to be born into our lives. Through presence, nourishment and intention. In this cacao ceremony, we will honour cacao as one of the amazing healing plants on this Earth and as an ally that helps us reconnect with the wisdom of the heart and the womb. Once you sign up, I'll send you all the information about sourcing and preparing your cacao. You'll join the virtual circle on the day with your cup of cacao already prepared - ideally in a thermos bottle so it stays warm. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO JOIN: A quiet and safe space where you won’t be disturbed, your prepared cacao, and to have your camera on so we can share this space more personally together. ➜ If you have any heart conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication and wish to drink cacao, please let me know in advance, as in some cases a full dose is not recommended.
